I would give 10 stars if I could! Ken is an incredibly well-rounded teacher who incorporates multiple disciplines to help you learn about your body. Whether it’s yoga and capoeira to martial arts and strength training, no two workouts are ever the same.
Ken aims to train your body and your mind. I have never had a workout give me so much more than I put into it. I am amazed at how in-tune I am to my body after taking just a few classes. I frequently find myself saying “I didn’t know I could do that!”
The community of like-minded people Ken creates is beyond amazing. It’s such a great group of people all on the same journey. Leave everything you think you know about martial arts at the door – Ken’s classes are so much more!
