Our friendly and supportive classes are designed for beginners, but we also provide insights and training for female Jiu Jitsu practitioners looking to improve their self defense skills. What is KAPAP Krav Maga for Women?

Instructor: Ken Akiyama is a Level IV Krav Maga instructor, a former Sergeant in the US Army, holds a BA in Psychology, is a certified yoga teacher, Qigong practitioner, holds numerous black belts, is a Londonderry native (LHS ‘99), and he is a Londonderry small business owner since 2009. Ken is also very patient and entertaining!
