The Art of Movement is a challenging extension and compliment to yoga!

Take your practice off the mat, across the floor, up the wall… and then add vibey music, meditative freedom, and movement. The Art of Movement is infused with functional movement and body-mind healing. Everything in the Art of Movement starts with a sense of being, rather than mere doing. When you connect with an empowered, centered, and peaceful state of being, the things you’d normally struggle to do, move toward you.

I can teach anyone, anything, because I know that the only thing I really need to “teach” is that you already have everything you need, within. Sometimes we just need to be seen. When you show up on day one, you are already valid and complete.
